Ordering Office Supplies

 

This page is primarily intended for use by our local customers.  We carry a wide range of office and school supplies here in the store, but for items we don't have in stock, every week we place an order with a wholesale office supply company.  The link below will take you to their Office Supplies Catalog.  Anything listed in the catalog should be available at or below the prices shown. You can browse the catalog, compile a list of items you want, and e-mail the list to us all directly from the site. We usually place our order with them on Wednesday afternoons by 4:30 p.m. for Thursday or Friday delivery to the store. Your order will then be available here at the store for pickup.

 

Of course, we are still happy to take orders by phone or in person! (413-253-2840)

To place an order:

1.  Click on the link below to go to the catalog.

2.  Browse the catalog, and use the  "Add to My List" button for any items you would like us to order for you.

3.  When you are done, click on the "My List" tab that appears at the top of every page and check it over.

4.  Once you are satisfied, click on "Email List" and fill in the form.  In the "Send to" field, enter: Debbie@ajhastings.com.  In the "Additional Notes" field, enter any questions you have, delivery instructions, etc.  A phone number where we can contact you during the day would help also.

5.  Please note: Ink Jet Cartridge prices vary from those shown in the online catalogue. Please feel free to call us with your cartridge number and we will be happy to check stock availability and pricing.

Notary Service is available at the store.

Debbie Ward is the Notary Public.

She is available Monday - Friday only,

8 AM to 5 PM, except during 12-1 Lunch hour.

The fee is $5.00 per notarial act, payable

by CASH or Check only. Debit or Credit cards

not accepted for this service.
